If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first year of ownership, simply contact us for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects, performance issues, or if you simply change your mind.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We are committed to ensuring that your V-Line fishing rod performs as intended for a lifetime of fishing adventures. Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or improper maintenance.
Process for Returns
Contact Us: If you believe your fishing rod is eligible for a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@vlinefishing.com to initiate the process. Be sure to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or documentation, such as photos of the issue or proof of purchase, to assess the eligibility of your return or warranty claim.
Return Authorization: If your return or warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product to us.
Return Shipment: Please securely package the fishing rod, including all original accessories and packaging, and ship it to the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your returned fishing rod, our technicians will evaluate the product to determine if it qualifies for a refund, replacement, or repair under our warranty policy. We will notify you of the outcome and any further steps that may be required.
Exclusions and Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, lost or stolen products, or damage resulting from improper storage or transportation.
